Our Privacy Policy presents our dedication to maintaining your privacy. GoodPrice Store is entitled, at its sole discretion, to occasionally amend this Privacy Policy. Any such change will appear here, to allow you to remain informed of how we collect and use your personal information. By browsing and using this website and by entering data into the www.goodprice.ug system, you hereby agree that GoodPrice Store is allowed to make use of the information described herein.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. To arrange your various orders and to provide the best shopping experience, we use the personal information you have provided. We monitor the website to identify patterns and trends that help us to optimally run the website.

TERMS OF PAYMENTS 

As of present, GoodPrice Store (goodprice.ug) has several modes of payments

  1. We accept cash of delivery as the main mode of payment currently in Uganda
  2.  We accept  Mobile Money payments for Uganda’s telecom networks e.g Mtn Mobile Money and Airtel Money Only
  3. Currently, We don’t take visa cards, wire transfers, or personal cheques. Payment to GoodPrice Store is performed in Uganda Shillings,

These terms of payment are subject to change and/or amendment at any time and at the sole discretion of goodprice.ug The following terms apply should the price displayed on the Website be incorrect:

We are responsible for errors in charging unless customers report such errors no later than 48 hours following purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 3 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Please keep the receipt/invoice/Order Form presented to you upon delivery.
