TEMPERATURE CONTROL- Designed with a double-measuring temperature probe, the fryer controls the oil temperature more accurately. The deep fryer features a temperature control function, the temperature can be adjusted from 140℉ to 392℉ (60℃-200℃), and you can set the optimal temperature depending on what you’re cooking.
SAFE TO USE – ①The commercial deep fryer is designed with a temperature limiter and current limiter, it will power off automatically when the temperature is over 230℃ and when the current is over 14A long time. ②Equipped with 2 temperature probes, it will control the temperature more accurately. ③ The fryer’s edges are folded, so it won’t accidentally cut your hands from sharp edges.
